In businesses nowadays, very common that satisfied customers are being vocal fans, they sounds their satisfaction to a product, and recommends others to use that product. Some easy mention company succeeded with this approach is Google with all of their services and Apple Inc.

This customer sounding, at least cause by one of the following; the product is exceeding customer expectation, an excellence customer support, it is an innovative product, or just because the product is different in a good way.

Now let’s change the word ‘product’ in above sentences with ‘person’. Would you able to make your satisfied colleagues and customers, not only satisfied with your professional services but also sounds their satisfaction?

My favourite is Mario Teguh, I pictures him as a very decent person. But quite different from those motivators, I actually write to remind my self, to motivate my self, hopefully it could be useful for someone also :)
